-PAYMENT, BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES.
After you have registered your interest in one of our tours; we will contact you by sending you an e-mail confirmation of the price and availability of the tour along with an invitation to make a confirmed booking. In order to secure your booking, a 30% deposit of the total cost of your tour is required, except when your booking date is fewer than two weeks prior to the tour start date, so under this situation, 100% of your payment is required. Once your down payment is applied, we will email you an invoice to confirm your booking. If you want to change your tour somehow, after you have already booked, please inform us by e-mail immediately.

Jaguar Eco Travel reserves the right to change client’s accommodation and itinerary under circumstances out of his control.

PAYMENT
Payment methods are the following: Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal. The final payment (remaining 70% of your payment) is due one week prior to the tour.
PRIVACY POLICE
All of your booking data informed to Jaguar Eco Travel, will not be purchased by outside parties and neither sold.
CANCELLATION
Whether you want to cancel your tour; please inform us as soon as possible by emailing Jaguar Eco Travel (marcio.jaguars@mail.com). The date of your cancellation will be deemed as the date when written notice is received by Jaguar Eco Travel. As late cancellations can cost us money; we have a scale of cancellation charges which are based on the decreasing likelihood of a replacement booking being made. It is as follows:
